What this notice covers

This notice explains information practices for Sanctuary at Winterlakes's public website. It covers the public pages, inquiry and tour forms, ordinary hosting logs, and links that open services outside the site.

Inquiry and tour forms

The contact-page and tour-dialog forms collect details such as your name, email, phone number, preferred timing, and message so the leasing team can respond.

If you choose the optional text-message checkbox, the site also records your selection, submitted phone number, disclosure version, server receipt time, source page, form identity, and inquiry correlation ID. Leaving the checkbox unchecked does not prevent submission or affect leasing eligibility.

Submissions are emailed to the leasing team through the property’s email provider and are also queued for the property’s secure lead webhook. If that queued delivery repeatedly fails, a copy is emailed instead, with the Slack-based lead inbox copied for operational visibility. After the submission is accepted for lead delivery, an acknowledgement is sent to the email address you provide. Please do not submit financial, identity, or other sensitive documents through these forms.

Hosting and security logs

The hosting service may automatically record technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Typical records can include an IP address, request date and time, requested page or file, response status, referring page, and browser or device details supplied with the request.

Those records may be used for reliability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security. Their retention and processing are controlled by the hosting service and operational needs.

Maps, email, and phone links

The address link opens an external map service. Email links open your chosen email application or provider, and phone links hand the number to a supported calling application. Once you follow one of these links, that provider may receive information under its own terms and privacy practices.

You can avoid those handoffs by copying the address, email address, or phone number and using a service of your choice.

Analytics, tracking, and cookies

This release does not intentionally use audience analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or cookies. It does not create a visitor account or advertising profile.

Your browser, network, device, hosting service, or an external service you choose to open may have separate storage or logging behavior outside this site’s control.

Retention and sharing

Form submissions and text-message preference evidence may be processed and retained by the leasing team and the service providers that operate the secure webhook, Slack lead inbox, email fallback, and any approved messaging workflow. Those records may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, support leasing activity, honor communication preferences and opt-outs, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate business or security interests.

Temporary delivery-queue records and technical hosting logs may be available to authorized site operations providers for reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Successfully delivered queue records are removed from the active queue.

Your choices and requests

You may contact the leasing team at (772) 248-9247 or SanctuaryApts.PropWeb.StylesPropertyManagement@aptleasing.info to ask about personal information you sent directly, update a communication preference, request a correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy question. The team will review the request and respond in line with applicable obligations and permitted recordkeeping.

For safety, the team may need to verify that a request concerns you before acting on it. Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
